1 0n 1 Coaching   

1 on 1 coaching provides a  depth of inquiry into your specific concerns and blockages.  If you have circumstances, problems or goals that you would like help with, a program can be tailored especially for you.

1 on 1 coaching works best to:

•  Delve into your issues and release them
•  Identify your specific dreams and goals
•  Develop strategies that work best for you and move forward  toward achieving them

Group Coaching

Group coaching is fun to do, because you can participate with other people to discover and grow together.  It’s non-intimidating; there’s a sense of unity where you’re all taking action at the same time and sharing your experiences.

Group coaching is for you if you:

•  Enjoy supporting and being supported by others working toward  their goals
•  Prefer the energy and dynamic of a group setting
•  Want a more cost-effective coaching experience

1-on-1 and group coaching are scheduled in 4-session segments.
